Ms. Katz, our Chief Growth & Innovation Officer and Head of Curriculum & Training, leads the development of all Katiaz programs, mindset frameworks, and KeyMaster training systems. Her strategic vision, coaching mastery, and expertise in curriculum design shape the foundation of the Katiaz method and drive the evolution of our mission.
Working alongside her, Ms. Diaz, our CEO of Digital Content & Design and KeyMaster Content Creator & Trainer, guides the creative direction and digital identity of Katiaz. Her elegant design vision, storytelling, and innovative content development bring the brand’s message to life with clarity, beauty, and impact.
Together, they form a powerful leadership team—uniting strategy, creativity, and transformational training to empower women to awaken, strengthen their mindset, and rise into their highest selves.
